Passenger's ticket is valid for flight and indicated on it the number and date, and it can be used only by passenger reserved this ticket. Flight coupons of ticket are valid for the sequence of route in the ticket. Local time of flight's departure is indicated in the ticket.

- 3 hours before departure of flight for the aircrafts: Boeing-767, Boeing-757, A-310, IL-86;
- 2 hours before departure of flight for the aircrafts: IL-62, Tu-154, RJ-85.
Registration end is 40 minutes before flight's departure due to the time-table.

- 1 hour and a half before departure of flight for the aircrafts: IL-62, Tu-154, RJ-85. Registration end is 30 minutes before flight's departure due to the time-table.
- 40 minutes before departure of flight for the aircrafts: Yak-40, An-24. Registration end is 20 minutes before flight's departure due to the time-table.

Passenger, who are late to the time of registration end, is not admitted to the transportation.

Passengers, who paid not less than 50% of tariff for transportation, have the following free baggage allowance:

Excess luggage transportation, also a special luggage (animals, sports equipment, luggage exceeding fixed norms) are paid according to tariff for excess and special luggage. During transportation by route Tashkent-New-York-Tashkent (with any points of intermediate) the passenger who paid not less than 50 % of tariffs and in spite of class of service, are admitted free transportation 2 registered seats of luggage, dimension of each one must not exceed 158sm, and weight - 32 kg. Infants under two years of age are carried at 10 per cent of tariffs and transport free luggage norm is 1 seat, dimension of which does not exceed 50-40-25 (115sm) and 1 folding baby-carriage.

For each additional seat, also for exceeding limited dimensions and weight of luggage seat, the rate on excess luggage with amount US$108 (or equivalent in local currency) are paid. Additionally, it is admitted for passenger to transport hand luggage which weight must not exceed 5 kg, and its maximum dimensions must not exceed 50-40-25 (115sm). Airline is not responsible for fragile, valuable and perishable things transported as checked baggage.

Passenger must carry money and documents with him not including them into checked baggage

Infants under two years of age are carried at 10 per cent of the relevant adult fare. Second and subsequent infants up to two years of age, all children between 2 and 12 years of age, are carried at 50 % of the normal adult fare or 67 % of the paid by accompanying adult). Children at the age of 5 for international flights and 7 years of age for domestic flights, may be carried without accompanying adult. On international flights unaccompanied children between 5 and 8 years and 12 years and above pay 100 % of the adult fare and 75 % for children between 8 and 12 years of age. On CIS and domestic flights unaccompanied children between 7 and 9 years and 12 years and above pay 100 % of the adult fare and 75 % for children between 9 and 12 years of age.

Small animals and birds are admitted for transportation only after fulfilment appropriate rules of a country of departure, transit, destination, and only certificates and admission required by veterinary officials are had. Transportation of small animals and birds is not including admitted norm of carriage and is paid due to tariffs for excess luggage.

Following animals are admitted for transportation in passengers cabin:
    - dogs, cats, monkeys, birds whose mass together with container (cage) must not exceed 8 kg. If the mass exceeds 8 kg animals and birds must be transported in cargo compartments of aircraft only.
    - guide dogs belonging to blind and deaf passengers with no limitation in mass but having dog-collar and muzzle and they are tied at the feet of their passengers.

Special dietary requirements (kosher, various vegetarian - asian, indian, infant) should be advised at the time of purchase of the ticket and in any event, not later than 24 hours before flight's departure.

Refund of tickets is implemented for a year from date of issue, if transportation had not start, or also for this period from date of departure at first point of transportation, if it was not according to the rules of tariffs, paid by passenger.

Flight coupons are valid for refund only in strict sequence of route indicated in ticket. In case of voluntary refund of unused ticket, the charge of rejection from seat is paid in amount of: On CIS and domestic flights - in case of refund less than 24 hours and not later than 3 hours before departure of flight - 10 % of tariffs, and in case of refund less than 3 hours before departure of flight and after flying aircraft - 25 % of carriage cost on return point of flight. On international flights - in case of refund less than 72 hours and not later than 24 hours before departure of flight - US$25 , and in case of refund less than 24 hours before departure of flight and after flying aircraft - US$50 (or equivalent in local currency), if there is nothing said in using special tariffs.

While making reservations or changing conditions of carriage after the ticket purchase (name of passenger, flight number, class of service, date of departure from outbound or inbound sector, etc.), please require the airline or your travel agent in respect of the fare so that they may assist you in complying with the restrictions which may exist. Failure to comply with the recommendations may result an increase of fare and/or additional expenses. In some cases, special fees may be charged for changing the booking conditions or cancelling the special fare tickets.

To avoid misunderstandings, you should get the information about the procedure of transportation dangerous goods by aircraft, which you have in you ticket. In point of guarantee passenger's security on flights "Uzbekistan Airways", it is prohibited to carriage in cabin as a hand luggage following goods: scissors, knives, make-up things, and others.

In case of damage of passenger must present claim in written form to carrier for loss reimbursement immediately on damage reveal before passenger leaves terminal.

In case of baggage lack, passenger must present claim in written form on losses reimbursement immediately on reveal of lack and not later than 7 days after relevant flight.

In case of luggage not arrival, passenger must present claim in written form immediately from end of luggage delivery of the flight, which transported passenger and his luggage. Passenger should be presented the rest of received pieces of luggage (if there are such pieces) to the Lost-and-found service for weighing and setting the differences between the weight of given for carriage and received luggage. Claim management of airline will consider the claim and will advise the passenger of the results of its deliberations within 3 months or 6 months if an overseas carrier is involved.
